BWID TAY NAM A

BWID is a prominent developer of logistics and industrial rental real estate in Vietnam, offering flexible production spaces, warehouses, and customized solutions for businesses. TEN EN supported the Japanese main contractor, JCM, who tendered the Industrial Development Tay Nam A project in Hai Phong, by producing animated construction sequences. The project comprised two sites, each with approximately 30,000 sqm ofgross floor area (GFA). We developed a 3D model and integrated the site installation layout with the method statement to accurately illustrate the construction process.
