The cheese factory in Don Duong village (about an hour’s drive from Da Lat) was established in 2011 by the famous Italian/ Japanese restaurant chain based in Vietnam (Pizza 4P). It produces a large quantity of Vietnamese cheese for sale to hotels, restaurants, and dairy stores throughout the region.
