PHILIPPINE Scope of works: Steel structure Quantity take-off
The development features a two-story museum and an open-air pavilion structure, approximately 20 meters tall, characterized by several architecturally expressive roof planes, some of which in- clude partial occupiable areas. Certain areas of the project will remain open-air beneath the roof structures. Located in Circuit, Makati, adjacent to the Pasig River in the Philippines. TEN ENC has conducted a quantity take-off for all steelworks, including steelstructures, facades, and roofing, as well as metal works such as staircases and balustrades.
