THANTAWAN INDUSTRY FACTORY

FACTORY Thatawan Industry, originally from Thailand, has decided to establish its manufacturing operations in Tay Ninh, Vietnam. They have rented a warehouse and transformed it into a manufacturing facility for producing plastic products. The project comprises two factories and one annex building, with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of approximately 25,000 sqm. TEN ENC has assisted Thatawan through out the process, from pre-selecting contractors and determining the type of tendering to managing the tendering process, and has continued to support the construction stage until project delivery.
